I don't know what it was... Watching some Slayers with Haruko-san... The nicer weather.... Talking with my old friends online... Trying to work on my chakras.... Pulling out the old Hippy Cards of Greatness (blesses them for helping me focus on the positive) or listening to some good old fashioned upbeat music... But something clicked. I think I'm on the way to being my old self again. Which is SUCH a good thing. I hate it when I'm depressed. And now I think I have a good grasp on what I want.

Maybe looking through the Majors/Minors to see what it is I want out of my college career helped too. I'm positive on English as a major. And I'm almost postive on Art as a minor. I wanna talk to my advisor before I make any swift decisions.

The Hippy Cards, when I first used them again, gave me a swift kick in the patooty (just like Cedric) They gave me the "Decide" Card. There's an illustration of a guy (or girl, I can't tell) that is at a fork in the road. I have to choose my path. And I've got a lot of paths to choose from. And not only do I have paths for one choice, but multiple choices. But here's what I've decided so far:

--I want to be an editor. For a newspaper, a publisher, whatever. Then I can be better at the english language and hopefully publish a book or 20. .^^;;

--I want to work more on my paintings. And my drawings. Maybe be a better artist in both areas (writing and visual art).

--I want to be self sufficent. I don't want to depend on someone else to live my life. That is no way to live.

--I want to be a useful human being.

--I want to do better in everything I do. (Especially my classes)

That's what I've decided. And if I put my mind to it, I should be able to accomplish it. I just need a bit of confidence and a huge chunk of courage. Maybe a bit of ice cream couldn't hurt. .^_^;;;

Anyway, I should end this before it get's to long. But maybe a few more lyrics for inspiration, ne?
